I have a question for you. You own a house, I own a house. NY is tenants by entirety state. How come I have to file Chap 13 and you were lucky enough to file Chap 7? Of course the house is only half mine. Even if I had quit claimed it, my name still would have been on the mortgage. Do you think it's because I have way too much equity, and because I have a job now? Also, I used to get calls from Toronto & British Columbia.
Of course I never answered. Caller ID is a wonderful thing. I also tried to find myself on a skip trace site(free). It's like I don't exist.
