I agree with REformed. People love to talk and gossip and give information out about someone. You don't even have to tell them what you are calling about, all you have to do is ask. And the ones that are reluctant to talk about persons will usually talk in about 90 percent of the time if you are really nice, send them thank you cards, remember their birthdays, etc.

People LOVE to talk about you. THEY WILL TALK ABOUT YOU for free. It is amazing how much people will tell you about themselves, about their families, about their kids just if you are nice to them.
