A little known fact is that there are organizations who research personal information on the majority of us. Just like clock work, every 3 months ALOT of businesses subscribe to what is commonly known as the 'Scandal Sheet'. This report is designed for banks, etc. to evaluate perspective customers/debtors. What happens is ALL of the legal transactions that are a matter of public record are gathered on a quarterly basis, i.e. divorce, bankruptcy, real estate sales, deliquent taxes, etc. IF you've had utitlities turned off for non-payment, this is also included. This information is then entered into a central data base where it is then sold....you guessed it.....to everybody and their brother.
