yeah, one cant give legal advice online. my view--what i would do--certainly not legal nor have i stayed at a holiday inn lately..is copy off the laws found online per SOL, the fed statutes and state ones..and bring those. plus any proof of your charge off dates. in case, best be prepared. if i was you..is all im saying. then send copies of same CRRR to them. as i said..do not sign anything. at all. nada. zero. and say sorry..but your SOL and im done with you. cause hon..they r great at talking and they will tell you your wrong..they will sue..and any lie they can think to not let you go and get money. i wish you tons of luck in this. let us know.
