There is a lein on her home. So this is the first step for them in a law suit to freeze her bank account that only has 800.00 dollars in it all the money she has (her SS from Aug 3rd)How can she get her funds to defend herself it takes money to file with the courts.

Can she file Bankruptcy to stop this harrasement also? The lein will not go away and she cannot pay
