If not, this is just a fishing expedition to get you to provide them with proof of the claim that they do not have.

Reply with, "no knowledge" on questions about the account. Admit to nothing except your name and address. If there are questions about your assets, put "not applicable".

Send to the CA lawyer, copy to the Court with a cover letter requesting dismissal with prejuidice for lack of proof of claim.
