blue cross sucks! they wouldn't let me be on fmaily plan years back because I was already pregnant and they called it 'preexisting condition' so they wouldn't cover my pregnancy. I had to be on PCAP and medicaid.

I'd do what the others said and contact your attorney general, and any other politic leader. I'm sure they'd like to know what blue cross is up to:)
