Sounds like you lucked out. Dismissed without predjuice means they can refile if they want to. You picked up a summons that was dated March 29th???? Where was the summons. This is just a guess, but my guess is that the plaintiff did not show (they never intended to because they can not document anything) and you did not show because you never received the summons.
Obviously, this account is passed the SOL. You might try sending the SOL letter to the plaintiff.
