i see a lot have answered you and i havent read them yet. i deal with ACEI and let me tell you i have already complained to everyone on their 1st phone call to me. they are who is messing with my kids to get to me. they are scum. i would be glad to share any info with you on them i have, dont tell them anything. im sure others told you garnishments takes a judgement and another court thing on it. what state are you in? CAs lie..ACEI lies terribly. do not talk to them,. AT all.
