Who is Central Finl Control????

"Central Finl Control" is on my credit report as a collection agency. Who are they? How can I contact them? Are there other ways to find out who the original debt was owed? Please advise. It would be much appreciated. I can find no such company anywhere on the net, or in any phone directory.......
