I have never payed anyone on this debt, just capital 1 when i was getting statments from them, then i fell behind and then i got sent to ACEI for collections..so this is nothing to get all worried about...am i right? just wanting to make sure that i am doing the right thing. i mean tellin me i have to pay $500 by 5pm today, if not then papers ar going to be processed. then i will have my wages garnished and then i will end up paying $3000 for court costs attorney fees and what not (so says the lady at ACEI)i admit she did scare me at first, but after coming on this board and getting all the advice i have i feel better about this..thanks...
