ask the credit bureau. they will tell you who is reporting.the contact info. and dispute it as not yours. dont contact them yet--find out what their saying first then hit them with reporting incorrect info. they must tell you the OC if you ask and ask for validation from the CA. good luck. sounds like it is SOL. if your sure this isnt your debt, expect this inquiries may wake up a lot of crap, tho.
