I did, and I won against MCM. It *can* be done! Because guess what....in almost every case ALL THEY HAVE IS THAT WORTHLESS AFFIDAVIT that they use for EVERYONE. It's a total lie and they know it. Attack it. Demand proof. They will not have it. Their livelihood rides on default judgments they get out of fear. Be fearless. What do you have to lose?
