While I'm patiently waiting for the ok that our Bk7 is final, I keep thinking of different questions. LOL Since my overpaid lawyer never wants to call me back, as always, I need to turn to you!! Which I don't mind, cause I like ya!! >hugs< :)
When you receive notice that Bk is final, do the courts send you something if they will be taking your tax returns for the following year? To hopefully prevent this, the lawyer advised that we change our excemptions, which we went from claiming 0 and single to married and 4...lol. I just wasn't sure if they took it or not. Also, how long do I need to keep our checking account real low? We already had the 341 meeting and I am still keeping it at 10 bucks. Which is driving me NUTS!!!
Lastly, after all is final, will the CA's and OC's keep checking our credit to see if we have any new credit? I know we can't come into money within a year (I think) otherwise it goes to them. But it is all the stupid stuff that keeps popping into my head that I have to ask. You know how women are...roflmao! Sorry for the book length story...Thanks for the answers!!!
