Disputing something as "not mine" is pointless.
All they do is match up the spelling of your name on the electronic report. Send in a snail mail dispute, preferably on the form they send you with a snail mail report. Say "I have no such account # xxxx from xxxxx collection agency. I have no such account from this creditor. I have no such account in this amount for this date. Please furnish me with the name, address and phone # of any person saying this account is mine as I will be filing a lawsuit against them for damages for reporting a fraudulent account on my credit report. Do this hand written, on either a yellow lined pad or something similar if you do not have the reply form from the CRA. Send it certified, but NOT with a return receipt, make a copy of the letter,get the tracking information on line from the USP website and print it out for your records.
