CAs lie. dont listen..and dont believe a word of it. be prepared if your sued and respond and protect the bank accounts. i doubt the OC would care or take payments. even paying..they can still sue. if you do pay,,use money orders ONLY. nothing else. far as they know..that account is non -existent. hugs, fellow texan:)
