Exhibits are the material evidence which the plaintiff plans to use to prove his allegations.
They are essential elements to the plaintiff's case.
Scrutinize them to see if they identify documents that can prove your debt. Junk Debt lawyers are sloppy. If they leave out evidence exhibits to prove their case, when they file a Motion for Summary Judgment, you also file your MSJ citing that no material facts were pled from which relief could be granted. You may get a judgment in your favor due to his sloppy mistakes.
