Social Security wages are excempt from garnishment to creditors a US Goverment Law. Reading these boards Im seeing a disturbing trend with creditors taking drastics steps tryign to collect.Im not so sure this will go away. Not only do I see the larger US companys tryign to collect debts they would probably have written off last year,but a lot of folks dealing with the note buyers,escalating the notes and tryign illegal tactics as in our case.
I know that a lot of these note buyers are not American born folks if you get my drift. I see a trend that is not a good thing.
