I say there is a lien on her home, im assuming its her home,I just know there is a lien on her credit. This all started about 1996-97. If it was collateral why they wait so long for these tactics? The Collector involved now is not original creditor,and they want 10,000 more dollas than original loan. Her property is not worth the total amount they are trying to collect. If we cant save her house I guess we can make them work very hard to get it and hope for the best in court. Ill be dang if she will give it up easily.
