I wouldn't go with a NACA atty for a bk. I bet they're used to much bigger cases and their fees might be higher than you need to pay.

Look in your yellow pages. The lawyers are usually sorted according to specialty. Go to the bk section and start calling them for prices. They'll usually screen you on the phone to see which chapter you're likely to qualify for.

Make appointments with 3 or 4 of them that are in the low to mid price range for your area, and go for in-person interviews.

Take a print-out of your reasonable & necessary expenses.

Before you go you should also know approximately how much equity you have in home and cars. Know the value of stocks, bonds, recreational vehicles, and any other assets you have. They'll also need to know approximately how much unsecured debt you have, when you last used your credit card for a large charge, and the last time you made a balance transfer or a cash advance.

If they don't ask about credit card usage over the past 6 months, I'd keep looking.
