How can I join this lawsuit?

I have been ripped off by CAMCO also. I payed a 11 year okd debt about 6 months ago. Promptly they stated that I had another debt. I did not respond. However over the last two weeks they simly took out close to $3,000 out of my bank account. Just like that.... no agreement or negotiation. This is no different than grand theft.
