The UCC covers sales on goods and merchandise. Any credit account you might have with a store for say, furniture or jewelry or an appliance or a car are covered under that statute, as well as the Ga. RISA (retail installment sales act)

So the last time you paid or charged a purchase on such an account is the start of SOL.

On a credit card revolving account, your SOL starts from your first BREACH of the account agreement, i.e. first late or past due Month.
