The UCC covers sales on goods and merchandise. Any credit account you might have with a store for say, furniture or jewelry or an appliance or a car are covered under that statute, as well as the Ga. RISA (retail installment sales act) So the last time you paid or charged a purchase on such an account is the start of SOL. On a credit card revolving account, your SOL starts from your first BREACH of the account agreement, i.e. first late or past due Month. The appropriate statutes are on the Georgia page on my website.
