Alright the time is coming. On Wed I must go to court for my case with Sherman. I owe about 8k on a cc debt. I would like some advice from people as what I should say. Do I demand a signature of mine? Do I demand proof that the debt is mine? How will I get the court to agree with me.
I did send them a settlement letter when the sheriff first knocked on my door, is that an acknowledgment of the debt? If the judge goes against me I will I guess file BK as I am pretty much judgement proof. And will be glad to get this behind me. But I want to know what my chances are of coming out of the courtroom not with my head on a chopping block. Bodaciea any wise tips?? Thanks.
