There has been no summons to appear in court yet. All I have gotten is the paper from the sheriff that said they "may" decide to seek judgement and now I have this. I have worried for months now. I really appreciate this board and everyone taking the time that they have to help me. I've heard it is difficult to get a judgement in Kentucky, I hope that is right. You know the sad thing, I haven't charged on this account for over four years, and yet the fees just kept adding up.
