Hello everybody. I've been reading and sometimes posting on this board for about a year. With the help I received, here is what I've been able to accomplish: - Settled an account with MBNA
- Settled an account with First USA I was unable to settle an account with BOA which is at collections (Sherman), but am dealing with them from an offensive position. I don't owe them any money! They have been unable to validate since January, and I don't expect they will ever be able to. If/when they sue, I'm ready for that too! Anyway, I changed my spending habits. My $40k+ debt is now $0, and I have money in the bank. I even paid off a car! If I was able to do it, so can you.
