These guys have filed for an arbitration proceeding. I sent whychat's arbitration refusal, and letter to validate the debt (from MBNA). Lowry, etc. tried to call a couple of times after that but I did not speak with them. So last week I received a notice saying they were 'requesting a stay'. Then NAF (2 days later) sends me a letter saying they are granting the stay. Not sure what this means. Has anyone gone through this? What can I do at this point? thanks.
