If the loan is in your husband's name. They can't go after the house on the judgement that is yours only. They can go after the house for the judgment against both of you. Doesn't look like a judgment can be renewed. I would suggest that you try to get some legal advice. You should be able to get a free consultation, and some advice. www.naca.net
