Go to my website, find the "How To Answer A Lawsuit"

Send an answer to the Court with a copy to the lawyer, denying all of the claims.

Use the SOL defense 3 Years -use the 3 year statute # from the NH page on my website.

Do NOT file a notice of appearance, instead , in your affirmative defense request a change of venue to the State where you will be located, state that your mail will be forwarded to your school address in that State starting on Aug 23.and you will be at that address for the next 2 years.

Make SURE you put the case file # and the parties on the answer.

No, you can not be jailed for a debt. However, you MIGHT get in some troble if you do not reply to this summons with a LEGAL answer and denial of claim and request for a change of venue.
