I wouldn't say that I ever had a B of A card. I'd make the CA prove everything. No knowledge is not the same as saying this is not mine. Maybe you should have spent a little money on an attorney instead of trying to go this on your own. www.naca.net Probably too late, but maybe you can get some quick advice.
