Thanks for the real world scenario I should expect. Alright I will play it dumb and say I have no records of the account which is true. I just hate the fact that this is sort of a no win situation, if a judgement is against me I am then screwed. If Sherman dont have the goods then I gotta go through this again down the road. I hope they just dont show up, but since the law office is right down street I doubt that will happen. But you have bee there and seen it, and I have not. Thanks for the insight.
