Thanks Casey! Yeah all I got with my summons was an affidavit that said someone swore that I was the bona fide acct holder, not my signature ( I doubt they have one since I filled out app. online I believe) What state are you in Casey?
I will just play dumb and see what happens. I am glad though that a judgment has 30 days to take shape ( so i can clear things out if need be). Thanks for all the help guys. I will buy you a beer in Chicago if you ever want one!
