I was out with serious illnesses a couple of years ago..end result I lost my business and had to file bankruptcy. My automobile was not included, did not make the deadline for my attorney to include. I was advised to voluntarily give it back. I called within days of my bankruptcy being filed...I became ill again, had surgeries and alot of down time. No work at all. First Union (note holder for automobile) sent me to collection attorneys, they filed a judgement that I NEVER received notice for (Been staying with a friend since bankruptcy and illness, they could not find me I guess) AND they levied my bank account. I closed all accounts. I am ready for work, want to open another bank account .How can I get rid of this levy? PLEASE HELP
