to sue, they must file a lawsuit and obtain a judgement. then go to another court thing to attach anything not exempt. check for your states exemtptions and always answer a summons. they can sue, and attach anything not exempt in your state. the account owner must sue or show assignment of suit...in court. and use a lawyer licensed in your state.
