i dont know much to tell...someone will come along tomorrow, im sure..but divorce means nothing with debts. they want someone to pay and they cant find him, so its you. dont bother talking or telling them nothing..they dont care. and dont ask for validation within SOL, either. it leaves them no choice sometimes but to sue. i believe they use either the state the debt was created in or you currently live now..but whychat knows that more than i would. either way , your not out of SOL yet. be careful and lay low, is my advice. if sued..fight it.
