This is whats going on with with us!~ Not a charge off just a judgement,but I dont think they can attatch anything In our case(SS income and Home is homestead) Althought they did TRY the Bank Account garnishment. (:

I hope this guy holds though,I know it is a tough road and no one asks to be in these situations. It basicly ruins your whole life.
