Let me ask you this, Should I answer the phone or just log how many times they show on caller id? If I do answer do I tell them about the cease communications letter? I know if I talk to them they are going to want to discuss arb, and can I refuse arb over the phone. These are nasty little buggers that love to throw out all sorts of threats.
