WhyChat, does the DOLA given by the CA have to match the one given by the OC if payments were never made to the CA? All of my charge offs have matching dates between the OC and CA except for the Sears/Portfolio one. Sears gives DOLA as 3/01 but Portfolio gives it as 7/01. If I can't get Portfolio deleted altogether, I'm wondering if I can attack the DOLA and get it moved back to match what Sears has. That would give Hayt, Hayt, & Landau less time to do anything.
