Hello,

I have a question about SOL. My charge off date was 8/2002. The start up date for the CA is 8/2002. My last recorded payment was 2/2001. So why is the CO and the DOLA so different. It was at 180 days from July 2001 to August of 2002 than sold to CA. Does this make sense?

Also I have another account that was CO in August of 2002 with the DOLA in April of 2001. Why such differences. Also this account was sold to AA (the second CA) and they are reporting an open date of 6/2003 with a delinquency date of 6/2004. I think they changed the DOLA and the OC is not even on my CR anymore. Just their report. So it looks brand new. I still have a copy of an old credit report from 2002 that shows what they reported is false. But my SOL is not up until next year so I don't want to rock the boat.

If I claim SOL based on the OC is this valid even though the account looks brand new?

Also PCM is trying to Sue me and the SOL is up in Feb of 2005. Should I work with them or ignore them? I did talk to them once and they said they plan to sue before the end of the month. I sent a C and D letter and I think that started the whole thing. I only owe 2100 dollars and half of that is interest they added on. Will they sue for this amount. Also they can't find my orginal agreement with the OC. They stated they can sue without it but will try to find it and send me a copy.

I don't know what it the truth and what is a lie with them.
