Looked on Whychat's website, both states have a 3 year SOL on open accounts, so you are beyond sol in both states. Maybe Whychat will come back and tell you what to do from here, or JKelly. You might want to start a new thread, and ask Whychat or Jkelly to help so it will be closer to the top of the forum.
