You might also go to my website and print out the SOL letter, and go to the How To Answer A Lawsuit, and print out the SOL defense,with all the exhibits.

In addition, tell your Lawyer to check the Statute of Frauds for Ga. which, as in ALL States, defines a "written contract" as one with fixed terms, signed by both parties.

The "written" part of the definition, does NOT refer to the physical act of writing, or even of signing, it refers to the TERMS of a contract.

A "closed-end" contract with fixed terms IS a written contract, an open-end revolving contract can NOT be considered a "written" contract no MATTER if it is written in blood.
