Wolpoff and Abramson

A couple of weeks ago they tried to send me something Airborne Express but no-one was ever there to sign for it,and Airborne sent it back to them after 2 attempts.
Can they take further action on me even though I never recd prior notification? I am wondering because of the earlier post of "Wolpoff and Abramson trouble"
What will be their next step since I never recd their first letter?
