i see a misconception in several posts...judges do not order a payment nor enforce a judgement. they simply give one. it is up to the collectors to collect it. many judgements simply sit..for years..unpaid and uncollected. to collect, they must go to court and obtain paperwork to seize something. a judge wont make you do anything.
