Yes, but you MUST ASK for it once it's clear you have to pay something. It's possible the CA attorney would object, but I certainly don't see why they would as long as they get the money and you pay as agreed. One late or missed payment, though, would mean a judgment would be finalized and the CA is free to request garnishment. So never agree to more than you can afford to pay.
