Deletion on credit report and now they threaten to sue?

Funny thing is that Experian deleted this account when I challenged it. So it is not on my credit report but now they sue? Bad timing on their part. But still wonder how the two connect. I sent a c and d letter than get it deleted from my credit report and BAM it goes to a lawyer. Is that a veiled threat or what!!

Ah.........I hope SOL will expire before they get to agressive.
