Just so you know- it is ILLEGAL to threaten to sue and then not sue. So, if you feel like it, you can sue them when the sol has run. In the meantime, stop talking to this telemarketer- you are only aggravating yourself. Venue is proper where the defendant lives, so they would have to sue in your county. If they sue anywhere else, you can get the venue changed.That will be just the start of your return fire if they sue. Interesting note about Bud HIbbs- he has ways of slowing down the ca?
