Every day I receive a phone call from this particular collection agency and I never pick up the phone. Just now I decided to answer to ask them what was their name and address. I wanted to send them a cease telephone contact letter that I have been reading about. The representative of the collection agency kept asking me if I would be sending payment. My response was to ask for the address. I never mentioned anything about making payment and kept asking for the name and address. They then hung up on me! I was shocked. I tried calling back but it said that the number wouldn't go through. Boy am I mad. Does anyone know the number 847-281-3080?
