I found this company- Sherman's Acquistion posted on my credit report with recent information. I don't know what this company is, it looks like it is from an account in 2002 and it shows a current balance as of 7/22/04. What should I do I thought my BK should cover everything even if not stated. My discharge date was in the year 2003. Any ideas or advice how to dispute this. Or what company it may be from? PLease help.
