All debts must be included in bk. Sherman probably did have the debt when you filed, so I would assume that either the original creditor or another CA covered this debt.

Collection activity after a debt is discharged in Bk is against federal law.

Dispute this with the CRA. If they won't delete it, get an attorney and sue them.
