Your car, you should be able to keep as long as the payments are current. It isn't worth them taking yet. You will lose the good standing CC, student loans won't and can't be touched. You're considering Bk7 for $4000? My thought is to try and settle on that amount. That small amt isn't worth ruining the next 10 yrs of your credit. Maybe someone else has better thoughts on it though.
