Don't use the letter from the Internet that tells the 3rd Party they have a right to remain silent. What a bunch of crap! When I send a Validation letter I always make sure I sign. One thing I do is type a signature line and then sign my name so it lays partly on the typed signature line. This way if they tried to copy a signature they will play hell.
